POSITION OVERVIEW
Departed Soles is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented professional to join Bogan, Chris, and Brian. The Craft Beer Counselor will become the contact with new and established accounts, assume delivery duties, and assist in Tasting Room/Event activities.
DO YOU HAVE MAD SKILLS, BRO (or Sis)?
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills, abilities, or special talents. Of course, they don't have to be limited to the following, and we will consider candidates outside of this realm...
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in other fields
- 1+ years of experience in the beer, wine & spirits industry
- Profession Brewing, home brewing, or Brewing School experience a major plus
- Proximity to Jersey City is a plus
- Love craft beer, whether you're gluten free or not
- If you're not Gluten Free, embrace our love of it
- Energetic and Motivated
- Organized, Willingness to adapt to established procedures
- No criminal background
- Clean driving record with your own vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Ability to meet a variety of deadlines and prioritize workload
- Team player and community advocate
- Ability to lift 50+ unassisted
- Must like dogs
