    Your video is fine, but to be clear, many people will and have ripped the new valve seat with this technique. The best option I have found is HOT WATER soak of the seat for several minutes. and then it will be much more flexible. No need for a tool to do the job.

      Thanks for that. I have ripped the old seat taking it out, but have never ripped the new one putting it in. I will try the hot water soak method.
