POSITION: Sales Representative – High Cotton Brewing Co – Memphis Tn
REPORTS TO: General Manager
BREWERY: High Cotton Brewing is one of Memphis most exciting craft breweries - we began brewing in 2013, our taproom opened in June 2014, and we started canning spring of 2016. Brewing on a 7-barrel system, we seem to keep growing monthly. The company is currently selfdistributing covering all of Shelby county and expanding with a distributor in east Arkansas. Our brewery has a strong commitment to creativity and quality, with new experimental beers produced on a custom 1-barrel system on a regular basis. We currently offer three flagships year-round, along with multiple seasonals, and a number of special offerings. Plus our barrel program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year sales experience, Salary based on experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Knowledge of craft beer.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Demonstrable ability to build and maintain strong relationships with accounts.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with the General Manager and distributor to sell product to both on and off premise accounts.
• Receive daily orders from accounts and communicate with deliveries.
• Select accounts to target with sales efforts.
• Represent brewery at marketing events.
• Provide customer service to distributors and retail accounts.
• Report on sales activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
