ROAK Brewing Co. Cellar/Packaging and Assistant brewer posistion
The position requires being able to lift 55lbs and maneuver 165lbs. The position requires the employee to be willing to take direction and maintain a high level of cleanliness in a production environment. Competitive compensation DOE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Follow SOPs to CIP and SIP fermenters and brite tanks
• Carbonate finished product
• Maintain a clean an organized Cellar
• Bottling on a 18 head NATE filler
• Kegging
• CIP of bottling and kegging equipment
• General brewery cleaning
• General Labor work
• Cooler work/ Organizing
• Rotation of product from warehouse to distributors
Employee will have:
• Passion and dedication for brewing high quality craft beer
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Flexible schedule (evening/ weekend work-not usually required)
• High level of attention to details
• Willingness to learn and follow SOP’s
• Ability to safely work in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Ability to lift 55lbs and maneuver 165lbs
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day
• Punctual and dependable
• Volunteers regularly and increased responsibilities
• Desire and drive to learn each task in the brew house
