Packaging and Filling Machine Operator
We are looking to fill a full-time Packaging Line Operator position for a mobile canning and bottling company. We can and bottle beer, cider, wine, coffee, and soda.
Qualified applicants must be able to work safely in a fast paced production environment, lift 50 to 75 pounds repeatedly and stand throughout shift. Must be able to handle long hours, typically Monday-Friday. Experience in food/beverage, production brewery, or sanitary packaging is preferred. Mechanical ability and experience in a production environment a plus. We're looking for a hardworking person who is passionate about packaging quality beverages and set their standards high.
Some light travel around the pacific northwest in required, usually 1-2 days per month
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethicAttention to detail
Knowledge of beer and brewing process
Ability to problem solve
Experience driving a forklift
Great driving record
Compensation: $11-$15/hr depending on experience. We also offer paid vacation and sick time, with disability and a 401K after a year of employment. Please respond with a cover letter and up to date resume.
