Assistant Brewer/Cellarman Wanted.
We are seeking a hard working and knowledgeable individual to assist in the brewhouse operations of our expanding craft brewery.
Responsibilities and tasks include but not limited to:
Brewing, CIP, sanitizing, cleaning kegs, kegging beer, transferring beer, carbonating beer, yeast handling, dry hopping, repeated lifting of 55 lb bags, accurate and meticulous record keeping, and general brewhouse maintenance.
Requirements:
21+ years of age, current drivers license and good record, strict attention to detail, being comfortable handling hazardous chemicals, ability to multitask while working safely, thorough understanding of sanitary technique, ability to work independently, excellent time management, good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
-Professional brewery experience is recommended but not required.
-Science background or brewing school diploma is a plus.
-Expected 40 hours per week
