Three Weavers is Hiring a Packaging/Warehouse Manager
Three Weavers is seeking a hands-on Packaging/Warehouse Manager to efficiently run and expand packaging and warehouse operations in an environment of rapid growth. We offer competitive salary, a full benefits package, unlimited PTO, and a positive work environment.
Job Title: Packaging/Warehouse Manager
Location: Inglewood, California
Reports to: Brewmaster and Director of Sales
Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for all aspects of packaging at Three Weavers, including operation and maintenance of a 30 head KHS rotary can filler, 12 head rotary GAI bottle filler, and kegging.
- Responsible for all aspects of warehousing operations.
- Inventory management.
- Ordering of packaging materials.
- Development and maintenance of SOPs for packaging and warehouse positions and equipment.
- Management and training of all packaging and warehouse operations and staff.
- A constant drive towards producing a better packaged beer.
What we’re looking for in you:
- Knowledge of the brewing process.
- A high level of mechanical aptitude.
- 2 or more years in a lead packaging position (at a 10,000+ barrel a year brewery is preferred).
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing and training employees.
- Extreme attention to quality and detail.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- A passion for beer.
- Understanding of OSHA and safety standards.
- Knowledge of Orchestrated Beer is a PLUS!
