Greetings from India! I've been homebrewing for past 8 months. I am currently interning at a microbrewery. I am thinking of joining a brewing school next year. I've zeroed down on 2 options - Siebel's Master Brewer Program/Niagara College's Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management.
I wish to work outside of India (preferably North America, Europe) for a few years before starting my own brewpub in India.
While Siebel's course is probably the best option, my chances of finding a job are pretty slim due to visa restrictions.
On the other hand, Niagara College's Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management course is a 2 year course and is quite new. However, one gets a 3 year work visa extension.
What would your advice be? Any idea about how good Niagara College's Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program is?
