    We are currently seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

    Region: Jacksonville, FL

    Job Responsibilities –
    1. Encourage outstanding performance and reward performance.
    2. Build, develop, and manage a growing sales team.
    3. Set and review individual and team goals.
    4. Adapt communication style to that of individual team members.
    5. Coordinate coaching and development of sales team and key distributors.
    6. Build and maintain genuine credibility with Crooked Can’s distribution partners and work to become exemplary supplier partners.
    7. Bring an analytical approach to assessing opportunities and risks.
    8. Organize and conduct annual business plans with senior sales team and distributor.
    9. Most importantly, work to promote a culture that reflects Crooked Can’s values.

    Qualifications:
    1. 3+ years of proven success in the alcoholic beverage industry.
    2. 2+ years of proven success in sales in the alcoholic beverage industry.
    3. Must fit well into the company culture and work effectively across teams inside and outside of the organization.
    4. Personal ownership of results and ability to bring an innovative approach to getting things done.
    5. Exceptional strategic, planning, and execution skills.
    6. Ability to travel regionally within the North Florida Market 75% of the time
    7. Excellent communication (Written/Verbal) and presentation skills.
    8. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. ​
    9. Strong leadership qualities
    10. Ability to build rapport with clients
