Temblor Brewing Company, a large brewpub and event destination located in Bakersfield CA is looking for an energetic leader to effectively manage daily operations. Budget and Financial Analysis, Labor and Employee management, Kitchen Management and Brewery Inventory management through the use of EKOS software will be the primary areas of focus for this position. The GM will work report directly to the CEO and will work directly with the Head Brewer, Kitchen Manager, Marketing Manager, Event Manager and Front of House staff to maximize the company's success. Effective interpersonal skills and Craft Beer and food knowledge/passion will be key to the success of this position. 2 years of management experience required and a bachelors degree is preferred.
