Hello,
I am in the process of constructing a new brewery on the second floor of a historic industrial building. The original sub-floor is 4" cedar with 1" maple on top. We are preserving the original floor. In order to build up the floor we are framing the floor 8" on center pitching toward our drains at 1 degree or 1/8' per foot. On top of the framing will be 3/4" plywood and finally 1/2" cement board. The last portion of course is the coating we have a quote for a product that we have seen in other breweries but I was wondering if any one has experience with the Brew Floor III DIY product or any of their products.
Thanks,
Sean
