    JOB TITLE: Tasting Room Manager
    LOCATION: Clearwater, FL
    POSITION TYPE: Full-time, Salary

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Pair O’ Dice Brewing Company is searching for an enthusiastic, passionate, and customer service-focused Tasting Room Manager. Position is full-time salary. The Tasting Room Manager will handle all aspects of daily Tasting Room operations.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Ensure an enjoyable and consistent Pair O’ Dice Brewing customer experience.
    • Maintain a welcoming, educational, and inviting experience.
    • Educate visitors about Pair O’ Dice Brewing products, company, and culture.
    • Maintain safe, clean, healthy, and sustainable tap room environment through daily cleaning.

    Manage the Pair O’ Dice Tasting Room.
    • Daily opening and closing of the tasting room.
    • Interview, hire, train, and schedule tap room staff.
    • Coordinate and manage food vendors, caterers, and food trucks.
    • Maintain inventory of merchandise, soft goods and general supplies.
    • Serving as point of contact for all tap room related inquiries.

    Promote Pair O’ Dice Brewing and serve as brand ambassador.
    • Planning, overseeing and executing tasting room events including bottle/can releases, tap takeovers, seasonal events, corporate meetings, private tours and tastings, catered events, beer launches and other events.
    • Identify additional promotional/event opportunities and foster relationships for promoting the brewery.
    • Act as brewery ambassador for visiting brewers, wholesale partners, retailers and others.
    • Actively utilize brewery social media channels to promote news and updates related to the tasting room.

    Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
    • Cicerone Certified Beer Server®.
    • 2+ years of bar, restaurant or craft beer experience required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum 21 years of age.
    • Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standards.
    • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to regularly lift and carry 60 pounds and move 165 pound kegs.
    • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods.
    • Ability to work in a diverse team environment.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with staff throughout the brewery.

    Compensation will be based on experience and includes paid Holiday/Vacation/Personal Time.
