    ABOUT CARTRIDGE BREWING:

Born out of business plans written during multiple combat deployments Cartridge Brewing is a Veteran-Owned start-up brewery and tasting room. Cartridge Brewing will be a key commercial space addition in the historical Peters Cartridge Factory revitalized apartment community in Maineville, OH. The historic ammunition factory located along the Little Miami River and Scenic Trail is set to be completely updated and renovated by developer Bloomfield/Schon. The property renovation planning is well underway, with construction beginning this fall and will be completed approximately late Fall of 2018 including 140 residences and 2 commercial spaces, one of which will be Cartridge Brewing.

The Partners of Cartridge Brewing see immense value in the location of the unique, historic Peters Cartridge Factory. Being located along the scenic bike trail places it 6.5 miles north of Loveland (via the trail) which produces heavy bike traffic. Also, Grandin Rd/King Ave is a key connection between Maineville/South Lebanon/Morrow and the Kings Mills area, so vehicle traffic flow is significant. There will also be 140 resident locations onsite to fuel food and beer sales. With the entire facility restored to historic standards, Cartridge Brewery will have an unmatched atmosphere locally with 27 foot high ceilings and views of the river, trees and trail and plenty of patio space. Our vision is to combine a special location that will be sought out and loved by customers with high-quality beer making.
