  • Head Brewer -- Denver Area (Douglas County)

HEAD BREWER -- FanDraught Sports Brewery, recently opened as a taproom, is looking for a head brewer from the Denver area. Candidates from outside the area will be considered, although no relocation benefits will be offered.

We received our TTB license much earlier than expected (in 48 days). Now, we're working with the state of Colorado and town of Parker, while constructing our brew house.

We are interested in signing the best person for the job - female, male, experienced, award-winning young brewer, potential rookie of the year...whatever works. Quality craft beer is priority #1. We also believe in having fun and plan to appeal to all craft beer drinkers and sports fans in our fast-growing southern Denver suburb. You must be active on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or other social media. You will be the face of our brewery and our beer, so we want you to wear multiple hats -- get to know our customers, tend bar sometimes, clean our beer lines, and help us build a great business.

Our marketing strategy is sports-oriented and diverse. Social, interactive, games, audio, video – we will have a blast, and entertain our customers on a regular basis. If this concept doesn't sound fun, then it won't be a good fit for you.

If you are a great fit for FanDraught, you will receive the opportunity to earn equity and/or profit sharing. You will work directly for the CEO. You are the entire brewing staff until we add a cellarman or assistant brewer in one or two years. You should have a great work ethic, expect to work throughout the week and weekends, at beer festivals, and more.

FanDraught Colorado, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

All experienced candidates will be familiar with the physical requirements of a brewery – lifting heavy grain bags, crouching, crawling, fixing machinery, dealing with noise, and being exposed to strong chemicals and odors. We are no different and will rely on you for all of these.

If you’d like to help lead our team, send a cover email and resume to fandraught@gmail.com. Subject line should include HEAD BREWER.

    Cheers!
