Pegas growler filler trouble

Hope to find I've yet again overlooked the obvious, but I have installed the Pegas growler filler in our taproom and am sure it is hooked up correctly, but the beer does not flow from the fill needle. Gas works fine. Beer is going through the craftpad when valve is open and is pushed all the way up to the head. (Removing the alan screw piece on the front will shower beer, no problem), but nothing when handle forward and pad valve open, gas from keg on, coupler engaged, ect...releasing flow valve. Took fill needle out and it is not wet, so ruled out loosening that. Really stuck and would appreciate ideas from anyone who owns one, or better yet, has had this problem.

Hi there, we are experiencing a similar issue (gas works, beer travels to the top of the tower, but will not fill)

Did you end up resolving the issue? What was the fix.
