We are in a transitional phase and creating an incredible beer program. The current brew system is 3.5 bbl with two 7 bbl FVs. We will be bringing in a 3.5 bbl FV for seasonals/experimentals and a 15bbl Bright Tank soon, and will be growing the system as business demands it.
We have a set of 6 core beers with recipes already down, so are looking for someone who really wants to take experimenting to a whole new level. A sizable barrel program (from many different types of spirits) will be commencing ASAP, so familiarity and experience in that is a necessity. We want someone who is looking to bring a brewery from behind the scenes and into the forefront with incredible concoctions.
With our small system, we are looking for around 20hrs/wk, but as the brewhouse demands it, this will turn into a full-time Head Brewer position. We pay competitively, and also offer Vacation/Sick Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision.
