    Craft Alliance Packaging Solutions Inc., CAPS, is a provider of mobile bottling services, packaging materials, and packaging solutions for the craft beverage industry. CAPS is seeking a dependable, dedicated, and hardworking individual to operate an automated mobile bottling line to service a specific region. This is an excellent opportunity to play a crucial role in a rapidly growing company.

    Responsibilities:
    • Mastering ins and outs of operating various bottling lines used by CAPS
    • Coordinating jobs with customers and CAPS management teams
    • Troubleshooting beer conditions and mechanical problems
    • Overseeing thorough and extensive cleaning and sanitizing of equipment
    • Ensuring that designated work vehicle is properly packed with necessary equipment and supplies prior to bottling runs
    • Overseeing unloading and setting up of equipment at commencement of job, as well as breaking down and packing up
    • Enforcing quality control, efficiency, and accurate statistical tracking
    • Working closely with customers and their staff

    Requirements:
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent people skills
    • U.S. citizenship or documentation of right to work in the U.S.
    • Self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive attitude
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a dynamic workload
    • Ability to manage and lead others in a productive and efficient manner
    • Ability and willingness to travel daily up to 150 miles and occasionally further in variety of vehicles
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Physical fitness: strength, coordination, mobility and endurance are required in the mobile bottling process. You’ll need to be able to move large pallets and heavy bottling equipment (either on wheels or with a pallet jack), stay on your feet for lengthy periods (sometimes as long as 12 hours), and perform numerous other physical tasks.
    • Willingness to work long, irregular hours, and flexible schedule to accommodate weekly changes including occasional weekends and overnight stays

    Preferred experience or willing to learn:
    • Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair equipment on site
    • Previous brewery or packaging experience. (Note: other candidates without brewery or packaging experience may still be considered.)
    • Knowledge of beer volume calculations and production brewery equipment
    • Ability to operate pallet jack and forklift a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
