    I've been a commercial brewer for over 22 years. I specialize in start ups and expansions. My main expertise is helping start ups, those transitioning from smaller to larger breweries, and helping home brewers acclimate to a commercial environment.

    I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves and be a part of the process. I'm well versed in recipe development and can help finding raw ingredient suppliers (grain, hops, chemicals, sanitation practices, and small lab set up).
