Hi, friends.
I am living in bogota, Colombia.
I am planning to open 2000L micro brewery in Bogota.
I contact many suppliers (mainly China. Their price is too much attractive)
Planning glass bottling for selling to supermarkets.
(1000 BPH + Labeling, Film packing - 50,000USD)
So that I need a beer filter. (to keep quality longer in various temperature)
But I'm confusing which beer filter is better for me.
My budget is around 8000USD for beer filter.
Suppliers offer me as below.
1. Titanium stick (nearly free)- Metal titanium; Filtration accuracy 0.45 micrometer, connection M12
2. Plate Frame (6000 USD) - Filter plate quantity 12 pieces / Filter paper 13 pieces / Filter paper size 600×1220×3.5mm
3. Diatomeceous Earth Candle Filter (4000~9000 USD) - Filter precision: 5-10um (filter qty 7 ~ 23)
Can anybody advise me which one shall I take?
