Accepting resumes for cellar person position at Nickelpoint Brewing Co in Raleigh NC. This position is part-time with opportunity to grow in future.
Responsibilities and duties
• Assist in key aspects of production – raw material handling, CIP/SIP of all aspects of process, conditioning and packaging
• Cleaning of cooperage
• Comply with all company policies and processes
• Comply with all documented OSHA requirements
• Provide and ensure a clean, safe brewery environment
Education, background and abilities
• 1-2 years cellar experience in production brewery preferred but not necessary
• Able to lift 55#’s repeatedly
• Forklift operator certified or able to obtain certification
• Able to work long hours
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Strong work ethic
