    Assistant Kombucha Brewer - Boulder, Colorado

    Rowdy Mermaid Kombucha is seeking a full time (4 days plus 1 weekend day) assistant brewer.

    Work in an audited commercial food manufacturing facility brewing some of the world's finest kombucha. Control starter farm, brew product development batches, oversee SOPs and GMPs.

    Must have
    Commercial Kombucha Brewing
    Knowledge of brewery equipment
    Working knowledge of FDA GMPs and commercial SOPs
