Applicants must have:
• 1-2 year commercial brewing experience .
• Strong mechanical background.
• Willingness to work at a growing brewery pace, yet be precise in your daily tasks.
• STRONG cleaning/sanitizing skills.
• STRONG communication skills.
• Yeast handling proficiency.
• Desire to learn, but with a strict adherence to our SOP’s and general practices.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Employee to employ traditional lifting methods.
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to be frequently exposed to wet conditions and work in extreme cold.
• Frequently exposed to strong and sometimes disagreeable odors and chemicals
• Ability to work near moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to work in a moderate noise level.
• Must be able to record all brew house information accurately and legibly.
