  • Mangrove jack 31

Balancing the value of dry yeast vs the true-to-style results of liquid has lead us to use dry as much as possible but now, wishing to add some Belgian triples for the upcoming cool weather, we have a problem. Experiences we have heard about in Belgians suggest that there is yet to be a dry equivalent for Dark Trappist triples which we have made using WY1762 and less frequently using WLP500.
mangrove jack 31 has been mentioned twice as being capable-any comments?
If positive, any suggestions as to fermentation schedule?
