Flexible Schedule
Ability to lift 50# repeatedly
Ability to multi-task
Excellent problem solving skills
Function well in high paced environment
Work well independently and as team
Mechanically inclined
Experience in cellar work strongly preferred but willing to train the right person who is exceptionally strong in the above areas.
Responsibilities and Activities include but not limited to:
All aspects of handling of product from end of fermentation until leaving the building - transfers, brite tank, packaging (kegging and bottling), cleaning and sanitation procedures
Following SOPS
Logs/record keeping
Safe handling of chemicals
Housekeeping
Packaging prep (build case boxes, labeling)
Position will require daily interaction with the following equipment:
Meheen bottling line (extra points for experience!)
Centrifugal pump
CO2 Tanks/Regulators
Tri-Clamp fittings
Air compressor
Fork lift
Pallet jack
Plate filter
