QUALIFICATIONS:

• Understanding of basic mechanical operations
• Familiarity with brewing and packaging equipment and systems
• Business management skills.
• Supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Technical and mechanical-troubleshooting skills.
• Computer literate.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience with a beverage, food or liquid consumer products manufacturer.
• Previous supervisory experience, strong facilitation, organizational, communication (oral and written) and computer skills
