Hello, forgive me if this sounds a little noob-ish, and may be in the wrong section (please move if so!) but I am looking for a little info on natural gas requirements for a 10 bbl direct fire brewhouse/brewery. We have a line on a building already supplied with a natural gas, but not for brewing purposes, what would need to be changed/upgraded/modified to be able to adequately run a 10bbl brewery? Thanks!
