  • Aseptic Pineapple Puree

    I'd like to use Oregon Fruit aseptic pineapple puree in a tropical-inspired beer. For those who'd used it, what percentage (of fermentables) did you use? How were the flavors & aroma in the finished beer?

    Just brewed a pineapple shake IPA with this stuff, used 14 bags in a 20 bbl batch. Needed a few more bags I think. Pineapple is there but not as strong as when we did strawberry using 14 bags, and strawberry isn't an easy fruit to come through either.

    These bags were added day 10 in ferment and then allowed a few more days to ferment out slowly.
