We are looking for someone to head up the brewing for a start-up in Las Vegas. This brewery is well capitalized, has a great location and partners with many relationships in craft brewing and restaurant industries.
An ideal candidate should have 3+ years experience in a head brewer role. You will have full grain-to-glass responsibilities in the 15bbl brewhouse including recipe formulation, yeast management, packaging, barrel maintenance and management of your team. We are currently not looking for long-aged mixed fermentation beers. (Brewers that have experience successfully managing a CIP program are a plus) Our primary focus will be hoppy beers, stouts and fruited berliners but would love to implement a great lagering program if the space allows.
