I graduated from Appalachian State University in May of 2017 with a degree in Fermentation Sciences and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Chemistry. I am seeking a job as a brewer in a company where I can continue my education in the art of brewing. I have a strong passion for brewing and want to continue to learn through gaining more experience. I have worked on a small 3bbl brew-house and a 30bbl system as well as homebrewed over the past couple of years. Through the Fermentation Sciences program I have learned the science behind the brewing process and have gained experience in brewery related laboratory work as well as brewed on a small 1bbl pilot system. I would be an ideal candidate for any openings that are out there because I will bring a willingness to learn and work-hard attitude. I am seeking employment in North Carolina and am currently in Raleigh, NC. Will consider opportunities outside of the state if it is a good fit.
