  • Office Manager- BC Canada

    Townsite Brewing, in Powell River, BC is hiring an office manager. This position is full time, permanent. You will be replacing someone leaving on maternity who will be returning to a new position. The position involves:

    1. Duties
    -Bookkeeping duties- both A/R and A/P
    -Cash/Cheque deposits
    -Systems maintenance (accounting, retail POS, emails, website, office computers etc)
    -Reconciling accounts
    -Reporting duties- both sales and administrative

    2. Skills and Competencies
    Skills
    -Bookkeeping, knowledge of Sage an asset
    -Understanding of computer systems
    -Understanding of accounting concepts
    -Office 2016

    Competencies
    -Organized
    -Adapts well to constant change
    -Self motivated
    -Time management
    -Thrives in a fast paced environment

    3. Relationships
    Answers directly to the GM
    Works closely with office support, sales team and warehouse
