Position Title: Head Brewer
The Company: Bousa Brewing Company. Miami, Fl.
Opportunity: Bousa Brewing Company is interviewing for the Head Brewer position. We started contract brewing about six months ago, reaching over 80 on premise accounts, and we started in-house production three weeks ago. Our tap room is slated to open in three weeks. We have a brand new 20BBL 4V system, a 3.5BBL 2V pilot system, and a plate DE filter. We are planning to take advantage of South Florida’s Craft Beer explosion and give our consumers high quality and consistent beers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the creation and production of our entire beer portfolio throughout all facets of the brewing process including brew house operations, cellar, filtration, finishing, packaging operations, Recipe development, Operations Management, Inventory Management.
