We’re looking for a production brewer able to learn and perform all the brewing operations with the brew team, the day to day tasks include:
• Work with Brewing and packaging teams to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Maintain the brewery in tour ready state at all times
• Assist and provide guidance with respect to all technical brewing activities: yeast harvesting, quality checks
• Clean and Sanitize Fermenters
• Milling Grain for Brewing
• Emptying Mash Tun for next batch
• Tracking and recording all brewing metrics, temperatures, times
Requirements:
• Prefer 1 years production experience in the craft beer industry (preferably operating at at least a 5000 bbl level, preferably more)
• Organizational skills
• Able to utilize Microsoft Office products, including excel
• Able to work in a team environment that is often a strenuous mixture of heat, wet, and long hours
• Able to follow instructions to a T. Patient and detailed oriented
• Previous experience in homebrewing and craft beer is a plus
