  • Monthly Sales?

I know this topic has been covered in several threads. I have extensive numbers but I want to keep it simple.
My projections are based on these conditions
    - 3800 sq ft building
    - 130 seats
    - open 330-1030/7 days
    - area population 20,000, good craft beer market
    - serving beer and pizza (anticipate 50/50 in terms of revenue
    - 5-6 person staff with table service

I have figured monthly sales of $60k or better. Does this seem attainable? Keeping it simple post any projections or actual monthly sales giving a few basic details. Any numbers will be helpful!! Cheers

We have half the seats and half the population in a good market plus the only brewery in town (but a couple good craft bars)
Peak sales in beer: $18-20k/month. Slow months $12-14k. 1 tap room employee.

Thanks for the numbers! That is a good revenue stream for only one person on staff. What's your annual production?
