JOB TITLE: Assistant Brewer
LOCATION: Bitter Sisters Brewing Company, Addison, TX
POSITION TYPE: Full Time, Hourly
SUMMARY: We are an independent, family owned brewery just on the edge of Dallas in Addison, TX. We are growing and are looking to add people to our team to help us meet the increased demand for our products. The assistant brewer’s position will encompass all aspects of production from raw material handling to cellar work to packaging.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced knowledge of the brewing process. Previous experience in a production brewery preferred but not necessary. Formal brewing education preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. to shoulder height multiple times per shift.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be passionate about producing quality craft beer.
This is a full time, hourly position. Paid vacation and health insurance included.
