Brand Ambassador: Rob Rubens Distilling & Brewing: 40 hours/week
RRDB, located in El Segundo, California, seeks a Brand Ambassador to help penetrate new market areas while maintaining existing accounts. We are passionate about beer, spirits, personality, and work ethic! You must be too.
You must also be confident (in a professional way), organized, and PROACTIVE.
In this role, you will develop our brand and sales through beer/spirits festivals, conduct tastings in both on and off-premise establishments, and be incentived to outperform your peers.
This position truly is the face of our brand.
Job Duties:
Work non-traditional hours (sometimes weekends, nights, mornings).
Schedule and conduct in-store Southern CA demonstrations
Commute to Los Angeles location where our products are sold or desire to be sold
Perform, independently, complete setups and tear downs of demos
Offer customers samples and promote programs
Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
Discuss specific aspects of products and membership opportunities
Answer questions knowledgeably
Encourage customers to engage with us on Social Media
Count and record inventory
Correctly fill out demo reports, including uploading photos
Deliver product
Requirements:
Be 21 years old or older
Have a valid driver's license with 3 years of clean driving experience
Have a smart phone
Own a car / van / truck
Available to work evenings and weekends
Commit to 6 months of work
Stand continuously for 3-6 hours
Lift 55 lbs
Work independently with little or no supervision
Reliable
Work weekends
A professional attitude and appropriate attire is required
Hired Ambassadors are required to work entire duration of agreed upon shift or until end of event
