I've had the pleasure of brewing professionally for over 15 years on multiple systems. My experiences include but are not limited to brewing beer on 3.5 bbl, 7 bbl, 15 bbl, and 17 bbl brewing kettles. Fermented with FVs and brites to match all the kettle sizes. Fermented 96 bbl batches of cider. I've used plate frame filters, lenticular filters, and have some experience with cross flow filtration. I've designed recipes for years and enjoy creating something unique and cutting edge. Brewing in Oregon for over 15 years has allowed me to brew with the best brewers in the world.
