    Post Brewing Company is one of Colorado’s fastest growing breweries. We’re searching for wonderful, engaging, experienced, successful, self-starting sales people with a passion for the beer industry and providing the best service and hospitality on the planet.

    The primary objectives of the on-premise and/or off-premise position are the increased distribution and sales of our beer brands and careful maintenance of existing customer relationships, while adhering to Company and distributor policies as well as state and federal laws. The sales position requires face to face contact with customers in the market, and leadership and business knowledge, to execute a successful sales program. Most importantly, our sales representatives are always ambassadors of the Post Brewing Company and Big Red F Restaurant Group and must embody the Post Brand and Company values wherever they may roam.

    JOB EXPECTATIONS:
    • Execute sales and distribution objectives by following the ‘Ten Steps’ of a sales call
    • Get to know every key decision maker or decision influencer at accounts in assigned markets
    • Understand and comply with all federal, state and local industry regulations as well as our distribution partners and Post Brewery policies
    • Meet established sales objectives as outlined in the sales business plan; achieve both monthly and annual goals for entire portfolio
    • Maintain assigned company vehicle, tools and equipment
    • Understand and comply with all Quality Assurance guidelines and policies of Post Brewery and BreakThru
    • Adhere to all Company safety policies, procedures and training processes
    • Adhere to all operational and accounting procedures, including collection of payment for assigned accounts
    • When necessary, maintain communication after ‘normal’ work hours to meet customer service needs
    • Prepare sales presentations and proposals
    • Maintain sales/pitch book and current product knowledge
    • Establish and maintain professional customer relationships
    • Identify and resolve customer concerns
    • Execute the five ONP standards (Distribution, Price, Promotions, POS, and Quality) on a consistent basis
    • Participate in night and weekend promotions and Company events
    • Track all activities in VIP Karma and provide weekly activity summaries

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 2 + years proven successful sales experience within the beer industry
    • Current relationship with the BreakThru Beverage Group distribution team is a plus
    • Knowledge of three-tiered distribution system
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including timely response to texts and emails
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • A passion for food, beverage, hospitality and community
    • Lover of technology: proficiency with MS Office, web based project management software, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
    • Must have valid driver’s license
