Job Description:
Two Brothers Brewing Company is seeking an enthusiastic professional to oversee inventory for our primary brewing facility. This main focus of this job will be to ensure shipments and production orders are entered accurately, then troubleshoot errors in the production process. This person will need to understand components and processes used while brewing our award-winning beers and have an intimate knowledge of our inventory platform. Applicants need to have strong computer and analytical skills and able to work with employees from operations, accounting, and management. Responsibilities:
Inventory
-Schedule and manage physical counts of inventory at specific intervals
-Trouble shoot exceptions and investigate discrepancies
-Work with warehouse to schedule shipping and receiving
-Conduct periodic cycle counts and audits
-Monitor and maintain inventory system so that it matches actual inventory
Seasonal Planning
-Receive pre-orders and translate to production
-Plan packaging and ingredient orders
-Work with other divisions of the company to plan releases
Packaging and Ingredients
-Work with production manager to forecast needs
-Set and maintain par levels
-Evaluate suppliers based on relationships and costs
Budgets
-Help plan orders to keep within set budgets
-Plan budgetary needs for the future
Assist with Scheduling and Shipping
-Work with production manager to plan production and shipping schedule
-Receive and process orders to insure accuracy
Requirements:
-Strong attention to detail
-Competent math skills and high comfort level with computers
-Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
-Experience preferred with inventory systems such as OBeer and SAP
-Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills necessary
-Self-motivated
-Small Business minded
