Departed Soles Brewing Company in Jersey City, NJ is looking for a full-time Sales/Delivery Manager to begin working with our team and accounts immediately.
It is important to note that this team position is both inclusive of sales tasks and delivery tasks.
The right candidate must be motivated, a self-starter, and a great multi-tasker. No day is the same here. Some days he or she may help with a canning run or brewery errands, but most days will be spent working with new and existing accounts to get the world some more of our great beer!
Every day will begin at the brewery, working with our Brewer & Tasting Room Manager to assess the needs of the day and week. This team member will head up fulfilling all orders in conjunction with the rest of the staff, and plot out a daily route that allows he or she to maintain and foster relationships with existing accounts as well as open up new ones. He or She will handle tasting events at bars, restaurants, and liquor stores, as well as represent the brewery at local festivals.
Sales and/or delivery experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to handle a half barrel of beer is required, however.
Pay is commensurate with experience, but this is a commission based role. Applicant must have a clean driving and criminal record.
