Brewery/Brewpub near Madison, WI seeking a head brewer to oversee all daily brewing operations. The successful candidate will transition responsibilities with our current head brewer as he prepares to take on a personal business endeavor outside of the industry. This is a unique position that provides opportunities for regular creativity in our small batch offerings as well as the opportunity to work with our more traditional distribution channels. Candidate must have experience in a professional brewing environment and have a passion for creativity, quality, consumer interactions, and working within a team. This position is a working position that is actively involved in the brewing process on a daily basis. For the right candidate, we would consider developing an experienced brewer into the head brewer role.
