* A minimum of 3 years of professional experience brewing on a commercial system (Experience or working knowledge of 25bbl or larger brewhouse is preferred)
* Formal brewery education with strong mechanical ability is preferred
* Self starter and ability to work independently a HUGE plus. Also, a good sense of humor.
COAST Brewing Company has been a small, quality driven brewery since 2007. We expanded to a 30 bbl brewhouse in the fall of 2014 and are beginning the addition of our taproom (with 7bbl brewpub- separate from production). We keep a tight-knit crew but are ready to bring in a new talented and like-minded brewer. Located in North Charleston, South Carolina, close to the beaches and downtown and a growing craft beer community.
