The Glacier BrewHouse, located in Anchorage Alaska, is a 15 bbl brewpub currently producing about 4200 bbls a year of draft only. We are in search of a full time Assistant Brewer.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• At least two years of professional brewing experience in a similar operation is required.
• A fundamental understanding of the physical, biological, and chemical sciences is necessary.
• Formal brewing education is preferred.
Furthermore, we are looking for the following qualities in the candidate: leadership, great communication skills, attention to detail, excellent guest relations, ability to multi-task, commitment to quality, ability to work independently without supervision, and focus on company values.
