Full time brewer wanted
We have been brewing in rural Northern California for over 30 years. We are a 57,000 bbl per year production brewery with two brewhouses (10 bbl for R & D and to supply our pub with specialty beer and 100 bbl production brewhouse), we also have a large pub and Big beer garden, a robust barrel and sour beer program (over 2000 barrels in production). The brewer sits on 28 acres and has an 18 hole disc golf course and is home to the legendary Boonville Beer Festival. We create over 40 new beers a year. This position has potential for upward mobility.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
• has some brewery experience
• A good general knowledge of the brewing process
• Strong work ethic
• A good understanding of sanitation
• Knowledge of safe practices
• A knowledge of and passion for craft beer
