I used them in my former brewery

pros : higher shock resistance, leads to less damage
less noise when handling, especially inline
    better look
    better and easier to grap

    cons : higher investment cost
parts may spilt off when shock (fall) to high
may leave traces on the floor
polyurethan, the black cover layer, is inflammable

i would order them again if asked

We currently use them in the 50L model.

      PROS

Less weight (because of the smaller size)
      They stack REALLY nice
They don't slide around in a delivery vehicle
      Great shock resistance
Better insulated because of the poly coating
They won't end up stolen in the scrapyard for cash

      CONS:

When you are done with them, you can't scrap them for stainless easily
Breakdown of the poly does happen, it is possible to rip a weak handle off
Probably heat up from exposure to Sunlight faster

Overall, we are very happy with ours. Hope that helps!
