Hi everyone,
My brewery has a spectroquant prove 300 that was purchased before my hire. I would like to implement it but microbiology is my forte and chem is not. Anybody else use this spectrometer? I am just wondering if anybody has another resource for completing the beer methods other than the manual that came with the machine. The method instructions are brief and I'm not quite sure I am doing them correctly.
