Berentsens Brygghus in picturesque Egersund, Norway (Scandinavia) is a family business founded in 1895 by Captain Wilhelm Berentsen. It is independent and still fully owned and managed by the family. 4th and 5th generation are working actively in the business.
We produce about 10.000 hl. annually, ranging from traditional pilsner/lagers to ie. our Cloudberry Imperial Gose, and other experimental beers.
We're searching for a full time brewer with professional brewing experience, preferably with lagers.
In short, the job consists of:
- Brewing (semi-automatic system)
- Filtration/general cellar work
- CIP
- QA/QC
- Kegging (semi-automatic, may require occasional lifting of up to 40 kgs)
