  • Source for manway wing nuts

I'm hoping someone here might be able to give me a bit of help. I need a replacement wing nut for our mash tun manway but can't seem to find a good supplier. Does anyone have any companies that can recommend? We have a 15 bbl PBST brewhouse with your basic rounded rectangle shaped manway. Thanks.

    For your information

Wondering why not asking it from your equipment supplier, could be much more easier...

JV Northwest has a good parts list on their website, and they specifically have door wing nuts. You should be able to order online. You can always call them if you need specific measurements.

I'm sure almost any manufacturer will produce one for you if needed.

Looking for other options than going with manufacturer.

I have a local welder/fabricator make them up for me.

Frank is a pretty good guy, my experiences with him is that he will take care of any problems within the warranty period. Outside of that, he will source the parts for you, and it has been reasonable so far. Though in nearly 4 years of operation, we really haven't had much break with him.
