    Start-up in Midland, TX.

    In response to your posting I have experience in design and installation of microbreweries and/or brewpubs. Have brewed for 17 years with 2 GABF Gold medals. Judged GABF & WBC. Originally from Las Cruces, NM am am familiar with Texas laws and worked for Dan Moran & Associates on projects in Austin (Copper Tank,Rock Bottom and The Draught Horse). Currently Head brewer in Tucson, AZ on a 10/20 bbl Sungood Manufacturing steam-fired, semi-auto brew house. I was able to design, purchase, ship and install it for $99k.
