Over 3 years professional brewing experience for an award winning brewpub, including 2 years as head brewer/production manager on a 15 bbl, 2 vessel brewhouse with 4 FV's and 18 bbt/serving tanks. Proficient in all aspects of brewing process as well as yeast management, supply management, distribution inventory management, and tax/brand registration filings. I have limited experience with packaging and barrel-aging, both clean & wild. Drastically improved brewhouse efficiency and batch consistency during my tenure, which culminated with a GABF gold plus mid-sized brewpub and brewer of the year. I'm excited to build on my experience thus far and continue to expand my knowledge of and passion for brewing great beer.
