The Unknown Brewing Co is looking for an Asst. Brewer/ Cellar position to our production team in Charlotte NC. This is a full time position.
Job Specs-
Assist in Brewing operations including
transfers
CIP
Dry Hopping
yeast management
Carbonations
and a ton of everything else that we do in Small breweries!
Must have-
Skills in the above Specs
over a year of experience as a professional Brewer or cellarmen
a positive attitude
Work Ethic
car/living situation
The Unknown is a fun yet intense place to work. We work hard and we play harder. For those that live that life this is for you. This is a production brewery gig so its go,go,go all the time.
